KÓOT is the Maya word for eagle. It's a cultural heritage we carry with pride. Clean, simple products, made in México in small batches, with no preservatives and nothing artificial.

We travel the country for the flavors: smoky Morita peppers for our Salsa Macha, jalapeño, serrano and habanero for our Chili Crisps, sweet Medjool dates dusted with real chili. Family recipes, made the way they've always been made, in batches small enough to get right.
